Dr. Colabelli-Gisoldi R.A.M. Perforating Keratoplasty (PK) in advanced stage keratoconus
The cornea was procured in Corneal Chamber. Organ Culture of donor cornea was performed in Tissue-C and then cornea deswelled in Carry-C A full-thickness corneal transplant was performed.
