Effects of temperature on decontamination efficacy of BASE.128 by in vitro Time-Kill studies.
We investigated the decontamination efficiency of the BASE●128 medical device on Gram positive and negative bacteria, fungi ad yeasts by in vitro Time-Kill studies.
Our results demonstrate that BASE●128 warrants an effective decontamination in the standard conditions of Tissue Banks (4°C, 22°C, 37°C).
