BASE•128 es una solución lista para la descontaminación de diversos tejidos humanos destinados al trasplante (cardiovascular, musculoesquelético, osteotendineo, piel y membrana amniótica) en diferentes condiciones de tiempo y temperatura.
¿Qué es BASE.128?
BASE•128 es una solución lista para la descontaminación de diversos tejidos humanos destinados al trasplante (cardiovascular, musculoesquelético, osteotendineo, piel y membrana amniótica) en diferentes condiciones de tiempo y temperatura.
La mezcla de los cuatro antibióticos (vancomicina, gentamicina, cefotaxima y desoxicolato de anfotericina B) es activa frente a los contaminantes más frecuentemente detectados en los bancos de tejidos (bacilos Gram positivos y Gram negativos, mohos y levaduras).
La solución descontaminante BASE•128 también puede utilizarse durante el transporte del tejido desde el centro de extracción hasta el banco o durante la disección.
