BASE•128 è una soluzione pronta all’uso per la decontaminazione di vari tessuti umani destinati al trapianto (cardiovascolare, muscoloscheletrico, osteotendineo, cute e membrana amniotica) in diverse condizioni di tempo e temperatura.
Cos’è BASE.128?
BASE•128 è una soluzione pronta all’uso decontaminare vari tipi di tessuti umani destinati al trapianto (cardiovascolare, muscoloscheletrico, osteotendineo, cute e membrana amniotica) in diverse condizioni di tempo e temperatura.
La miscela di quattro antibiotici (vancomicina, gentamicina, cefotaxime e amfotericina B deossicolato) è attiva contro i contaminanti riscontrati con maggiore frequenza nelle banche dei tessuti (batteri Gram positivi e Gram negativi, muffe e lieviti).
La soluzione decontaminante BASE•128 può essere usata anche durante il trasporto del tessuto dal centro di prelievo alla banca o durante la dissezione.
